mixed feelings about this stay
bathroom hairs unstocked minibar
the breakfast buffet provided a decent selection of items.
my room was not properly cleaned one day. i found hairs in the bathroom and the bed was not made to my satisfaction. also, the minibar was not restocked, so i had to call to request water and snacks.

breakfast billing issue poor management response
the hotel offered a well-equipped gym.
i had some issues with the front desk . i was initially informed that breakfast was included, however, a bill was presented after the meal. despite explaining the misunderstanding, the manager did not offer a satisfactory resolution. this situation left a negative impression.

My stay included access to a well-equipped fitness center. The gym provided three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I used the hotel's concierge service to secure reservations at a nearby restaurant and found it helpful. Housekeeping delivered fresh towels and toiletries each day without fail.
I noticed some minor wear on the hallway carpets near the elevators.

i stayed seven nights. the central location was great because it was close to many popular sites. the hotel was very clean and modern. the staff was friendly. there are many cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance.
the front desk made mistakes. they ignored some requests. the bartender was aloof.

friendly staff stylish rooms central location
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the rooms seemed brand new and very stylish. the location was both quiet and central, providing easy access to many attractions.
i found the cappuccinos in the lobby tasted more like hot milk than coffee.
